Rental Cycle

While we do our best to keep good tenants long-term, sometimes vacancies happen. Towards the end of a lease, processes are in place to find a tenant as quickly as possible. Therein maximizing the return on your investment.

1. Timeframe

45 days prior to the current tenants' lease ending, we will verify if the tenant would like to renew their agreement or not. If not, we don’t wait until the lease expires, we begin advertising the property immediately, to limit any gaps in occupancy.

2. Quality of Property

Making sure the property is in the same condition other than normal wear and tear as it was when delivered to the renter originally.
