Working from home can be a bit stressful after doing it for a long period of time. The truth is that during contingency, confinement can overwhelm us and make our work a bit tedious.  Therefore, we must be tolerant with ourselves and learn new techniques that will help us relax and flow much better with our projects and daily work.

Organize your morning routine

Having a wreck at the start of the day will help you get off on the right foot. Having a little discipline in the morning will be very beneficial for the rest of your day. Experiment and find a routine that works for your unique situation, is easy and enjoyable and the rest will fall into place.

 
Make sure you have natural ventilation

We are spending so much time indoors, away from the outside air, so we need to properly ventilate our rooms. One of the simplest things you can do to improve the air quality in your home is to open your windows. Even in the cold months, for just a few hours a day, you could vastly improve the air quality in your home.

 
Exercise daily

Perform a small daily exercise routine from home. Now that we are in confinement it is important that we keep moving and wake up our body. We are sure that on YouTube you will find quick and easy routines that will help you achieve this goal. 

 
Take breaks

When we spend so many hours immersed in our work, it is important to take short breaks every hour to increase our productivity. We need to be responsible with our work but aware of our health. 

 
Remove distractions 

It’s no surprise that when we’re working from home it’s almost impossible not to get distracted. In fact, it’s the reason why we’re developing these healthy habits in the first place. Try to avoid Social Media, messages, phone calls, family in your office, etc.
