Panama Pacifico Present at Panama Invest London 2011

Panama Pacifico was present at the Panama Invest London 2011, which was held recently  in London.

The President of Panama, Ricardo Martinelli, led the Panamanian delegation, which also included Foreign Minister Roberto Henriquez, Trade and Industries Minister Ricardo Quijano,  and Economy and Finance Minister Frank De Lima.

During the conference, the presentation about Panama Pacifico given by London & Regional Panama CEO Henry Kardonski and Olmedo Alfaro, Administrator of the Panama Pacifico Agency, was widely-attended and well-received.

Kardonski and Alfaro spoke about the benefits many British companies enjoy when they locate within the Panama Pacifico Special Economic Area, in addition to the advantages the country and pro-business government of Panama already offers.

Panamanian dignitaries including Vice Minister of Commerce and Industries Jose Pacheco, PROINVEX Director Michelle Sellhorn, and the President’s Economic Secretary Kristel Getzler also spoke at the Panama Invest London event.
