PanAmerica Corporate Center

Adjacent to the western border of the Panama Pacifico Airport and surrounded by forest, the state-of-the-art PanAmerica Corporate Center (PCC) offers companies newly built logistics, assembly, distribution, freight movement, storage and light manufacturing facilities. This 88-hectare global commercial center has been designed to international standards with 370,000 square meters of leased, build-to-suit and company-specific facilities, ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 square meters. New roadways and infrastructure accommodate ample vehicle maneuverability and connect traffic directly to the vast Pan-American Highway. Currently, the PCC is home to heavy-hitters like BASF, SamTech and 3PL Panamericana. Flexible, divisible space is available now in one of five new warehouses or a number of others currently under construction.
