Mild, Tropical Climate

Panama lies between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean, with just 80 km (50 miles) of the Panama Canal separating the two. Low mountains run through most of the country, leaving a gap in the center that is nearly at sea level. Temperatures range from 32°C (90°F) during the day to 21°C (70°F) in the evening, practically year-round. There are periods of rain and sunshine throughout the year. With consistent tropical temperatures and 80 percent average humidity, Panama offers a dependable climate in which to do business and a comfortable place to call home.

Stable, Convenient and Safe

It’s on the same time zone as the East Coast of the United States, and just a four-hour flight from Houston and Miami. Panama is also in the middle of the Americas, conveniently located almost equidistant from Los Angeles, California and Santiago, Chile.
