World-class Hotels for Business and Pleasure

Initial hotel development will include business and resort hotels in the Town Center and Kobbe Hills. The initial business hotel will be developed adjacent to the first mixed-use building and across from the refurbished Olympic-sized outdoor pool and theater.

The master plan vision also plans for a number of resort hotels adjacent to the championship golf course and country club in the exclusive Kobbe Hills neighborhood. One of them will offer high-end health and spa facilities, in addition to sports and leisure. The other hotel is envisioned to be a boutique hotelier with luxury offerings to delight the most discriminating of guests. Fine dining and shopping will be available in Kobbe Hills, with some fractional ownership opportunities potentially available.
