International Business Park
The International Business Park, adjacent to the eastern border of the airport, will be home to headquarters, call centers, offices, and light distribution and assembly companies. The 26-hectare business park is designed to international standards with 14 Class-A office buildings with more than 100,000 square meters of space, and two flex buildings totaling more than 20,000 square meters. Construction is well underway, with occupancy in the flex-warehouse facilities available now, and occupancy in the Class-A office buildings available in January.

PanAmerica Corporate Center: Logistics, Assembly, Distribution, Freight, Storage and Light Manufacturing
The Pan America Corporate Center, adjacent to the western border of the airport, offers companies newly-built logistics, assembly, distribution, freight movement, storage and light manufacturing facilities. The 88-hectare center has been designed to international standards with 370,000 square meters of state-of-the-art facilities. Buildings can be constructed to accommodate specific company needs and the new roads will accommodate ample vehicle maneuverability. The flexible site and building designs will be surrounded by forest and will incorporate extensive green spaces. Construction on the site of this exciting new industrial area is underway. New buildings will be available as early as August 2010.

Town Center: Retail and Office above Retail
Retail development at Panama Pacifico will begin with the Town Center, a vibrant mix of retail establishments, residential units, commercial enterprises, and green spaces, as well as nearby business hotels. Office space above retail also will be available in the Town Center development. The first mixed-use building of for-sale condominiums above retail space will begin pre-sales of the residential space in November or December.
The Town Center shops, restaurants and parks will be popular gathering places for workers relaxing over lunch, shoppers taking a break and residents soaking up the sunshine. The intimate streets will be framed by multi-story buildings with shops and restaurants on the first floor, and offices or apartments above, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening.
