Phase One Development
The cornerstone of the phased implementation of Panama Pacifico is its world-class master plan. The site will be developed in four phases in the coming years.
Phase one development of Panama Pacifico is scheduled to take eight years. During the initial phase, London & Regional Panama is committed to construct $405 million of new real estate development. This first phase, commencing in late 2008, will concentrate on the construction of:
- Town Center, the mixed-use city center with retail, residential, and tourist destinations in a walk-able setting with an expansive Central Park, and the community's first residential neighborhoods
- International Business Park with Class-A office and flex buildings for headquarters, call centers, offices, distribution, and light assembly companies
- PanAmerica Corporate Center for logistics, assembly, distribution, freight movement, storage and light manufacturing activities
- Kobbe Hills, the exclusive country club community including luxury homes, hotels and Panama Pacifico's own championship golf course
- Championship golf course within Kobbe Hills
- Resort and business hotels to be located in the Town Center and Kobbe Hills
- North Panama Pacifico gateway entrance
Phases two through four of development will be designed in the future, and will include expansion of the existing airport, an additional commercial center - Forest Business Park, and development of the Puente Verde neighborhood on the north side of the project. Additional development for these later phases will be further defined as Phase one nears completion.
