PanAmerica Corporate Center
The PanAmerica Corporate Center, adjacent to the western border of the airport, offers companies newly-built logistics, assembly, distribution, freight movement, storage and light manufacturing facilities. The 88-hectare center has been designed to international standards with 370,000 square meters of state-of-the-art facilities. Buildings are constructed to accommodate specific company needs and the new roadways and infrastructure accommodates ample vehicle maneuverability. The flexible site and building designs are surrounded by forest and will incorporates extensive green spaces. Two new buildings are completing in June, and five more begin construction in the coming weeks, with space available to lease immediately in Building I.
In addition to easy airport access, The PanAmerica Corporate Center connects to the PanAmerican Highway via the new Boulevard de las Americas, and just ten minutes to the Panama Canal. Phase I of the new four-lane Boulevard de las Americas opened in late 2009, and construction is now starting on Phase II which includes another 1.6 kilometers of new roadway toward the Pan-America highway. The intersection with the PanAmerican highway will be complete by the end of 2011.
The PanAmerica Corporate Center is an excellent distribution location for Panama City, Central America, the Caribbean, South America, North America – and the world beyond.
Businesses locating to the PanAmerica Corporate Center can take advantage of Panama’s status as a Special Economic Zone, providing significant tax, legal, immigration, customs and fiscal benefits to companies.
