PanAmerica Corporate Center

The PanAmerica Corporate Center, adjacent to the western border of the airport, offers companies newly-built logistics, assembly, distribution, freight movement, storage and light manufacturing facilities. The 88-hectare center will be designed to international standards with 370,000 square meters of state-of-the-art facilities. Buildings can be constructed to accommodate specific company needs and roads will accommodate ample vehicle maneuverability. The flexible site and building designs will be surrounded by forest and will incorporate extensive green spaces. Site construction is underway with new flex-warehouse buildings planned to start construction in the near future.

In addition to easy airport access, The PanAmerica Corporate Center will be adjacent to the PanAmerican Highway via the new Western Perimeter Road (to be constructed between late 2009 and 2011), and near the Panama Canal.
