Development Timeline
The cornerstone of the phased implementation of Panama Pacifico is its world-class master plan. The site will be developed in four phases over the coming years.
Phase One Development (2008-2016)
Over the next eight years, Panama Pacifico is slated for $405 million in total real estate development. The first phase, commencing in late 2008, will concentrate on the construction of:
- Town Center retail, apartments, offices and the first residential neighborhoods
- International Business Park a Class-A office park with office and flexible office buildings for lease
- PanAmerica Corporate Center for logistics, distribution and light manufacturing activities
- Kobbe Hills exclusive residential neighborhood, including low- and medium-density luxury homes and apartments in a country club resort setting
- Championship golf course within Kobbe Hills
- Resort and business hotels
- North Panama Pacifico gateway entrance
Phases Two through Four
Future phases continue the progress in all the areas described above and include new potential development and expansion of the existing airport, and an additional commercial center – Forest Business Park –adjacent to the Pan-American Highway. The Puente Verde neighborhood is planned on the north side of the project and will start construction in a future phase.
